You know you can’t swim but you jump into the river at the bay.
Knowing you will end up in the sea befriending a setting sun’s ray.
You have one body and one soul is what they always say.
Why then you let the heart ache and break into so many pieces every single day.
The one who was near is now not in the sight and waiting would get very late.
So you get hazy and lose your way and discover new definitions of pain.
And you think and you worry, no matter how withering is the sun’s date.
Finally, you sigh and take rest (and) wait for your unforgiving fate.
You try to stand up, but you fall down, and there is no one to hold you.
You wake up from the unsound sleep, and that dream is never gonna reach you.
You resist and you fight hard but in the end all you get is the blues.
You lay in the searing sun and you wait for a rainbow to soothe you.
You hope for a clear sky and all you get is thunder.
The winds keep roaring and make you always wonder.
If ever the paths cross again in your life without a blunder,
would it be the result of a fortuitous fate or would it be your mere surrender.
