spontaneity

Okay. I have no idea what the topic of this post is going to be. I have opened MS Word, and I have just started writing what I am writing (the reason may be is that I feel obliged to write something for my blog). And when I think about it, I don’t find it completely wrong. May be we could coin a new term for this kind of writing – spontaneous writing. A kind of writing where one starts writing some stuff without having any central idea to which that particular session of writing should belong. And anyways why should this spontaneous writing be not justifiable, after all nature wants us to be spontaneous. Damn nature, the whole universe, this multi-verse we live in, wants us to be spontaneous.

When this word, spontaneous, comes into my mind the flow of my mind diverts and goes back to my school days, when we used to study about spontaneous reactions in physical chemistry. I loved the equations in physical chemistry. There was this Gibbs equation (delta G = delta H – T delta S) which I liked in particular. Anyways, the point is … oh sorry, we don’t have a point in this post.

May be we could think about what would happen if we write each and every thought that comes in our mind. Would we then know ourselves better? Surely, the very thought that each thought of yours is going to be noted down changes your thoughts in the first place. But again that is a different theory about how one thinks. And I am sure there must be some book titled “101 ways to think”. We are not interested in any such book. We all know how to think.

I have written almost 250 words, and I yet do not know the central theme of what I am writing, and the more interesting thing is that you are still reading it. I often wonder how authors write novels. It is wonderful how they take a small story and expand in it such a way that it does not seem boring or like it has been expanded. Well, the fact that you are still reading this makes me think that may be, one day I myself will write a novel, which people will read. But of course one has to start with small steps, and when I think of small steps, the small steps for a novel would be a free flowing random writing not bound to a topic, and this is exactly what this post is.

So, my dear human beings of this planet called Earth, you all should feel proud because you have become part of a historic process. You have contributed in the making of a future novelist [I don’t feel the need to mention that there is always a non-zero probability of anything -ANYTHING- to happen].

That would be all for now. You should congratulate yourselves for surviving the random randomness given above. Also I have found out an apt title for the above 500 words. So this would be a good bye from me. Enjoy.

[I know your brain must be trying to produce some good words to enter into and pollute your stream of thoughts but I suggest you don’t do it. Thanks.]
