(As the author continues to stay in that phase of life where he won’t stop experimenting with his ability (or the absence of it) to write poems, here is another horse from his stable. Kindly ride it and try to appreciate it.)
What once swam in your eyes,
those dreams,
they are now ingrained in the mind.
Waiting for your actions, eagerly,
are they,
and all you got to do is make that one last fight.
And if things go wrong,
as sometimes they will.
Remember to not lose your heart ‘cos
its your own fight that you want to win.
Tremors won’t shake you then,
and shadows of no mountain would make you dark.
Have all faith, if you, on yourself,
destination will be yours and you’ll be its shining star.
So wake up and trudge the brave,
that path.
Move along and continue to resist that ever alluring fall.
Soon it would be that new morning,
you waited for,
and find yourself, you will, in its shining glory, basking and having a ball.
